I really enjoyed this WOD but as it turns out (which always seems to be the case in CrossFit) this was harder than expected - after maybe the 2nd round the Deadlifts started to get uglier & uglier, and the lack of conditioning starts to set in. But overall I felt great... but I'll be honest, it's killing me that I didn't push that much harder to get a sub-20.
For extra work we had a little "friendly" competition between members of Team 0515. Three teams of 2 raced to see who could hammer through 100-Jumping Slam Balls first - Mike O. and myself barely beat out Dan & Martha by like 2. Good times!
