Power Clean 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
Today was my first go at Power Cleans. After some warmups & stretches consisting of Max Vert Jumps (driving with the hips!), Shoulder Circles, and Wrist Stretches on the floor we tore into it. My form was terrible and that's something I'm gonna have to address before the next go-around of PC's. My shoulders were also really sore from yesterday's WOD but here are some of my totals:
