Back Squats

WOD:

Back Squats 5x3

Max Load: 215-lbs.

It's been a rough couple of days (performance wise) at the box for me lately - just been feeling soggy & sluggish. Jerry even commented that the bar looked "uncomfortable" on one of my last squats. That pretty much summed it all up and you can't really argue with the truth.
