3 Deadlifts (255-lbs.)
5 Weighted Ring Dips (20-lbs.)
7 L-Sit Pullups

Not that anyone cares but I just wanted to apologize - I've been slacking big time on the blogging tip and not tracking my progress very well.

Today's WOD was crazy! The combination of the three movements made my head spin so much that afterwards I literally had to sit there and try & figure out where I was. All deadlifts were touch & go, ring dips were unbroken, as were the 1st round & a half of pullups. But I tried keeping that whole "balls to the wall" intensity going the whole time. I'd say I was successuly in totally blitzing myself.

One thing of note - I wish I was strong enough to do the "Elite" version of this workout. That meant bumping up the deadlift weight to 315-lbs. for Men. Probably not a good idea though since my 1-RM. is only a paltry 345-lbs. but here's hoping that in the future I can finally join the rest of the "man beasts"at the box.

UPDATE: because I do L-Sit Pullups using an underhand grip the tendonitis in my elbows flares up and causes quite a bit of discomfort. But I'm doing my best to try & avoid the Ibuprofen!
