HAHAHA!
Here's the thing... I had to spot Uncle Dan this morning on his Back Squats and once the loads started getting heavier and heavier I started laughing harder and harder.
LOOK AT THAT FACE.
Hilarious! I think Jerry caught my "Squat Face" on camera so I'm sure mine is just as gut busting so once that goes up I'll replace Dan's picture for my own... unless it's completely embarassing... which is entirely responsible if anyone has ever seen me eat spaghetti!
235-lbs. is a PR for me but to be truthful with you my Back Squat numbers are downright shameful. Does that mean my posterior chain is rather weak? I honestly think my 1-RM. Front Squat might be nearly identical to my Back Squat by now (although we haven't FS'ed in a while).
But hey - I'll take the 20-lb. PR in the name of progress.
