Deadlifts 5x3
Top Load: 325-lbs. (PR)
Deadlifting while sick isn't fun at all - not only was I DYING in the warmup but I was seriously getting dizzy during the actualy lifts. I had 345-lbs. for 2 but my back was rounding and things were starting to get ugly quick so I just called it a day. 345 would've been a 40-lb. PR!
The "Race to 400" is still on...
