I can't remember any of my times but I think they ranged from the high 4's to the low 6's. Today was tough, I had to limit the ROM on some movements and sub out others. I ended up doing Russian KB swings (@ Eye Level) and I had to sub out the Burpees with 30 Jumping Slamballs (UGH!)
Jerry called this "an old school ninja workout" and to be honest with you it felt pretty good! I may not have felt speedy like a ninja but it felt good to get the those rowing induced jelly legs, that all too familiar forearm burn from swinging that bell, having that 20-lb. medicine ball nearly smash you in the face, and the near comical tendencies developed during slamballs.
I so badly wanted to stop at 3 rounds but I pressed towards 4 just so I could get some extra work in. Now I'm thoroughly thrashed for the rest of the day and I'm loving it.
