It's Clobberin' Time!

Deadlifts (275-lbs.)
Ring Dips

Not my most memorable performance to date but a butt kicker none the less.

In all honesty there was a temptation to scale this WOD to something a little more "doable" for yours truly. 245-lbs.? Maybe 255-lbs? I finally just decided to go for broke, suck it up, and hit the ELITE weight.

Am I paying for it dearly? Not quite yet.

Am I happy with my performance? Define happy.

Am I proud of my resolve? Debatable.

The best thing about doing ring dips today was that they provided me with an opportunity to get a much needed breather. All in all I'm not too crazy for heavy DLs for reps.
