Double Ups With Muscle Ups!

WOD:

Every 2-min. 15-secs. for 12-mins.

Front Squats 2x6 @ 80% 1-RM. (+45-lbs. of Chains)

Top Load(s): 205-lbs. / 215-lbs.

I feel as if I'm benefiting tremendously from our recent squatting sessions utilizing the extra 45-lbs. of chains. I was able to rep with 205-lbs. pretty easy - easily enough that I bumped it up to 215-lbs. for some reps. The reason I think I'm reaping some results is that my previous 2-RM. Front Squat was 215-lbs. if I'm not mistaken. Now I'm doing sets of 2 reps. at 215-lbs... with Chains!

Overall felt really strong on the Front Squats despite heavy reps of Squat Cleans on Monday, Snatches & Double Unders on Tuesday, and "Cindy"/Push Press/"Cindy" on Wednesday.
