I didn't write down nor could I remember any of my totals this morning but I ended up in a group with two newer members who had neither pullups or HSPUs. I was pretty gassed after one set of HSPUs though and it got uglier as the WOD went on.
Let me just say that 30-mins. of non-stop running, HSPUs, and PUs is friggin' exhausting. I haven't been that sweaty in a LOOOONG time... and from reading that last statement that's pretty sad.
