
Really bummed that I missed the "Filthy Fifty" today but I can barely breathe with all the mucus in my chest & head right now. That and my body is really achey, feeble, and weak (and this is on TOP of the soreness from Tabatas mind you).
With that being said it's been extremely hard to stay consistent with CrossFit lately... injury after injury, distraction after distraction, interruptions galore - the motivation is lacking and I feel as if I'm spinning my wheels sometimes.
