Back Squat 5 x 5
Top Load: 235-lbs. (PR) / 245-lbs.
Dude... I'm not gonna lie, I felt really good back squattin' this morning!
The main thing I worked on was getting a super good bar position each & every time. On prior occasions my biggest problem was that the bar was too low on my back and would kind of cause me to lean forward coming out of the rack and would also crank on my shoulder as well. All in all I felt a lot better with a 20-lb. PR to boot.
