Rest Day(s)

I hurt my back (again...) and my hip has been acting up so I've taken a couple of rest days to make sure my giblets get an extra day or two to recover. I don't know what happened to be honest with you but my back feels like it did after the Front Squat/KB Swing couplet at the CFOT Hopper (the one that nearly crippled me) and my hip (left side) feels like it does after massive amounts of ABMAT situps. So yesterday I worked on the yard:






























Then I cleaned & organized my "man cave."

Soni - Maybe your back is sore because you destroyed the Sat workout with all those heavy power cleans and burpees.

You cant just throw a performance like that out there and not suffer a little later.

dude, love the photos. Check out some of the Journal vid's with PT Kelley Starr working on some of the athletes.

I work my new CF buddy Jason's hip out almost every day. Get someone to stretch you out. And, get on the foam ROLLER. ROLL OUT!
