As if my hands could take any more additional punishment via ripped and/or torn calluses & skin we had to go and do this WOD. "Knees-to-Elbows" in one set, and then Pullups in another? I'm probably gonna start using gloves so my hands can heal.
There was some definite gasping of air originating from yours truly but I felt like I could've gone faster but Pullups slow me down everytime. I can do like 3 pullups that "count" in a row but from there I have to break them down into sets. Obviously it's something that I'm gonna have to practice more of...
