So it's come to my attention that I absolutely suck at Pullups. Who says? I do! The whole kip & push-away-from-the-bar just doesn't register for some reason. "Kinks in the armor" as someone put it to me after this morning's workout. I am thankful for being held accountable to a higher standard though - it just ensures that I will not sell myself short and anything less is than maximum effort is unacceptable.
