OH Squats (45-lb. Bar)
Weighted Lunges (25-lbs. DB's)
KB Swings (45-53 lbs.)
Ring Pushups

This was a good one, a lot of core engagement - this punished all the right spots!

UPDATE: my shoulders feel like they're going to explode.
UPDATE #2: my "giblets" are toast!
