Monday's Strength Work

MAX Thrusters 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

Some max weight squat thrusters plus a 2000m Row for time, here's how it looked:

My shoulders aren't very strong so it's hard to generate the speed necessary to drive through the heels & hips and throw the weight above my head, but hey... there's always a first time for everything.
