"Kelly"
Since CFOT has moved to it's new location the first Fridays of every month will serve as a "Pick Your Own Hero/Girl" workout day. I was torn between "Christine" and "Kelly" but I opted to go with "Kelly" which looks like this:
3 RFT:
Run 400m
30 Box Jumps
30 Wall Balls
No WOD is really easy if the intensity is there but halfway through my 3rd round Jerry yells out "ALRIGHT 'KELLY' 5 RROOUUNNDDSS OF 400 METERS, BOX JUMPS, AND WALL BALLS."
WTF.
Turns out I had juxtaposed the 3-rounds of "Christine" to the 5-rounds of "Kelly" and vice versa. I felt like a total douche.
