This was kind of my first initial foray into CrossFit as Jerry said I could skip the beginner's Conditioning Classes, jump right in, and he'd coach me on the fly.

Well... I got my first taste of Kipping Pullups which is something I literally haven't done in years (regular pullups that is). It's probably going to take me a while to get used to the execution & motions but hopefully it'll all come together. All in all my hands paid dearly in the end. All Deadlifts were BWT (165 lbs.) and after a little coaching I was able to rifle through those pretty quickly. For extra work Jerry had us do a Farmer's Walk to the railroad tracks and back carrying two 4x6's. If we dropped 'em we had to drop down and hit 15 pushups - Crud, I dropped them 5 times.
