Tuesday's Strength Work

WOD: Front Squat 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

I've never done Front Squats before so I was keen as to what kind of strength I could muster up to get a 1RM.

I stretched out my legs & wrists and proceeded to warm up with some Air Squats, and some Jump Rope just to get loose. Jerry gave us n00bs (even though I think I was the only n00b) a quick demo and let us loose. Mike & I worked in with each other so here are my alleged totals, awaiting confirmation:

135-155-175-185-205-225 (epic fail)-215 (shaky form)

215? Who would've known. Obviously I'm going to have to work on my form as I was rocking forward on my toes but I was able to maintain keeping my elbows up & core tight.
