WOD:
200m Run
25 Ring Dips
400m Run
35 Push Press (95-lbs.)
800m Run
45 Wallballs (20-lbs.)
Time: 14:28
After the first 200m run all the rings were taken so myself along with some others went ahead and did the 35 Push Presses.Those ring dips are no joke! After the push presses & 2nd 400m run I had to start breaking down the Ring Dips into sets of 3.
When all was said and done I was smoked!
