THE SNATCH!

WOD:

Snatch 3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1-1

Another new movement for me - this took a little while for me to grasp both mentally & physically. Probably more mentally just because once I got some weight on their it was easier to justify the movements physically. I'm sure my form & technique were awfully atrocious but I guess you have to start somewhere!

MAX Load: 130-lbs.
