Tuesday's Strength Work

WOD:

7 Rounds (Using 75% of BWT)
Max Rep Squat Cleans
Max Rep Ring Pushups
Bar? 115-lbs. (70% - BWT)

I loaded the bar this morning not realizing that 115-lbs. was 70% of my bodyweight (I weigh about 165-lbs.) I felt pretty good with my intensity & speed on the bar but don't get me wrong, it was a heck of a workout and my forearms & hands are officially toast! I think the two movements combined helped create quite a burner and by the end of things I was smoked. Here's what it looked like:

And the worse thing whenever I any kind of strength work I always get THE most severe munchies right around mid-morning - and today was no exception!
