Friday's WOD

WOD:

Heavy Push Jerks
3-3-3-3-3

My first foray into the world of the Push Jerk. I kept the weight on the lighter end of things just to make sure that my form was intact... yeah right, who am I kidding? I kept it light because I'm weak!

Needless to say, the Jerk is a pretty cool movement. I felt that if we were doing 1RM's that I'd be able to put up some bigger numbers, but hopefully as I continue to progress the actual form & technique will become 2nd nature and I can start putting up some respectable numbers.

I have adopted CrossFit, CrossFitters have adopted "The Zone Diet," but I have NOT adopted "The Zone Diet." Anybody who really knows me is keen to my constant impropriety exhibited at Chipotle... but my obsession is finally justified! Check the link(s):
