Geez... what is UP with all the Burpees & Pullups this week!?! The transition from Burpee to a "heavy" Hanging Squat Clean was ridiculously hard/awesome - but the big thing I took away (which I'm sure was Jerry's intent) was the opening of the hips, getting it to the "pockets," and aggresively getting under the bar with some speed. Hopefully all of this will result in better Power Cleans from yours truly. Hopefully...
