WOD:

5-RFT.

10 OHS (95-lbs.)
10 Burpees
400m Run

Time: 22:31

Saturday started out with about 30-minutes of Snatch work with the PVC pipe. We did group work, some work with partners, and some competitive snatch drops with our partners. All this to help improve our snatches and work on our speed getting underneath the bars during our O-Lifts.

After all was said & done we hit that little ditty above with full force. Well... at least with as much force as possible! That was probably the most OHS work I've done in a WOD and it was pretty brutal. But it was good to get the work in for the most part - good times had by all "all bodies were systematically destroyed round-by-round, but we somehow survived the day."

I'm sorry, did you say, "good time had by all?".

I suggest changing this to, "all bodies were systematically destructed round-by-round, but we somehow survived the day", my friend.
