Front Squats
I thoroughly enjoy Front Squats, it was actually the first movement I did when I initially started CrossFit two months ago so it's nice for things to come full circle. Here's what it looked like after some garbage time & warmup sets:

My 1RM is 215 so having me bomb out on the 3rd rep out of 5 of 185-lbs. (hopefully) bodes well for a PR come next time. Afterwards I hit up the "Strength" Ladder:
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10
Pullups (Chest-2-Bar)
Ring Dips
