What a workout! Everything (especially in the lower nether regions) was already tender from yesterday's heavy Front Squat triplets so this WOD most likely guaranteed some extra muscular discomfort later today/tomorrow. And what is UP with all the Pullups & Burpees lately? The man is clearly out to get us!!!
