In honor of the sacrifice of veterans & fallen heroes alike CFOT participated in "Murph" for this Memorial Day weekend. I've come to the conclusion that "Murph" is more than just another WOD, it's an event - and for being so crushing it's still super inspiring. I did "Murph" last month for First Friday's "Hero/Girl WOD" day. I completed it sans 20-lb. weight vest so I went for the weight vest this time. What a difference!
