Push Press 5x1
Top Load: 165-lbs.
My first chance to shoot for a 1-RM. Push Press - even though going overhead is something I admittedly struggle with. Strict Presses, Push Presses, Jerks, Thrusters, etc. - they're just not something I'm particulary strong at. They're all on my "CrossFit - Things to Get Stronger At..." list and I hope to improve on them all.
