It's been a while since we've had a met-con burner of a WOD like the one above. But I have a sort of love/hate relationship with these WOD types though - everytime I do a workout like this I feel as if it's exposing me to be some sort of phony met-con ninja. I mean they just flat out pummel me from beginning to end!
Opted to go "Bellybutton-to-Bar" for the Pull Ups this morning...
...Okay, just kidding! But I did lay the "Chest-to-Bar" Gauntlet down for Pullups for the rest of the day though. So far Gar, Mike H., Harold and myself have taken the challenge - will you join us?
