I don't know if you ever talked to Anthony from Team 0515 but dude is hilarious. Anthony discovered our little CFOT Blog Ring and was talking about how he's gonna start up a blog to keep track of his progress. I told him to call it: HoodFit 101: The Blog - Straight from the Streetz. If he goes through with it I'm sure it'll be epically bananas.
This morning was a quick little burner with Ring Pushups, KB Swings, and Jumping Lunges. Whenever I think back on these types of WODs I'm always like "Dang, I should've went faster..." or "Shoot, I shouldn't have rested so much..." etc. I don't push through pain enough and that I think is what separates the Ninjas from the Ninjas-in-Training.
Gotta learn to Persevere.
