WOD:
Max Push Jerk 7x1
Top Load: ???-lbs.
Still battling a sore right wrist so Jerks were out of the question. Someone said I was suffering from "Limp Wrist Syndrome" - I promptly punched them in the face... with love of course.
Jerry suggested I sub out and try Strict Shoulder Presses because of the neutral wrist position. Sounded like a good idea to me because I'd like to get stronger going overhead so I did 5x5 Strict Presses.
I also wanted to get a little extra burn in so I hit a WOD up that I saw posted on the CrossFit HQ site the other day. Here's what it looked like:
5-RFT.
400m Run
50 Air Squats
I didn't have a timer or anything so I just tried to keep to moving as best and as fast as I could. It's hard enough to walk let alone run after 50 Air Squats so I'm hurting right now.
Hopefully my wrist gets better sooner rather than later so I participate in the shenanigans.

Perhaps you need to ask Jerry to introduce a new WOD considering your limp wrist.

Of course, you would probably still kick my *ss in it.

Futuro has a night brace for your wrist. It is reversable for either hand so it is a good investment. About $23 at CVS or drugstore.com. Has done wonders to keep me from bending my wrists out of whack/tucking them under the pillow, etc. NO more CT pain.
