WOD:
For today Jerry programmed a Team based workout where he had a list of exercises worth a certain amount of points. Each team member was to complete as many exercises as possible in an alloted 35 minutes in order to score the highest average per person for the team. Here's a list of exercises & corresponding point totals:
Mile Run - 10 pts.
5 Muscle Ups - 2 pts.
400m Walking Lunge - 6 pts.
Farmer's Walk -
10 Ring Dips - 2 pts.
15 Box Jumps - 1 pt.
15 KB Swings -
25 Calorie Row -
50 Double Unders - 3 pts.
15 Jumping Slamballs -
I think there were other movements w/ point totals but they escape me at the moment.
Team 0515 (all 12 of us) represented really well - we all began with the mile run together just to raise the point total from the get go. After that everyone was on their own! I was proud to see vets & n00bs alike always on the move, doing what they could to help the team. There were plenty of sweaty bodies to be found!
Team Average: 33.83
As for me it just so happened to be RAINING Double Unders - and it was about time! Since they were coming together so well that's where I scored a majority of my points.
