Ohhhh okay... I gotcha - one of those WOD's. This was one of those "Hmm, looks simple enough..." WOD's that completely catches you sleeping only to violently wake you from your slumber in a fit of sweat & slobber. At least that's how it was to me at 0530 in the morning!
150 Pushups is a lot. 225 ABMATs is a lot.
So much so that you'll find yourself stopping frequently to catch your breath and regain your arm strength. Then it gets harder to breathe because your core is sore from all the pushups & situps. Just outright insanity I tell you. Insanity!
