Here are some of the Deadlift goals I made for myself prior to starting at CFOT:

3.) Deadlift 2x Bodyweight 20-times. I saw a video of Adrian Bozman & Dutch Lowy DL'ing 2x their BWT 20-times. It was super inspiring and I want a piece of that action!
4.) Deadlift 400+ lbs. Who doesn't want to DL the equivalent of a full-grown male Lion?
So put it on the books - 20-reps @ 345-lbs., and the heaving of large West African predators.
