WOD - "Filthy 50!"

Box Jumps
KB Swings
Jumping Slamballs
ABMAT Situps
Pushups
Sledgehammers
Wallball Shots
Row (Calories)
Burpees
Double-Unders

Time: 20:00 EVEN!

My legs were smoked from all the Deadlifts, Running, and Air Squats that we've had going on this week. A Rest Day was in order to quiet a couple of nagging aches & pains (i.e. sore right knee, right wrist, shins, and lower left back). So coming off the needed day of rest I went ahead and tackled the "Filthy 50" version of the list above. I've ranked the movements in order of difficulty (for me at least):

Easier:

***Note: I use the term "Easier" instead of "Easy" because we all know that nothing in CrossFit is "Easy." ***

- Box Jumps
- Pushups
- Double Unders
- ABMATs
- Sledges

Medium:

- KB Swings
- Slamballs
- Burpees

CRAP!:

- Wallballs
- Rowing

All in all I am soo gassed right now... I can barely walk around without some noticeable whining & complaining from my body - but it's the good kind of whining & complaining that can only come from a WOD with "Filthy" in the title.

NINJA! I saw a kid downtown today wearing a shirt that said "I am a ninja, you can't see me". I thought of you. :)

i feel your pain on the legs...we worked them HARD this week. which means sore arms next week...

Whatever way you dice it - 20 mins flat is an awesome time!
