"Clean" up your Clean!
Top Load: 155-lbs.
Man I was soo thankful for Saturday. The week at CFOT had been especially tough; a lot of deadlifts, air squats, muscle ups, a nasty "Filthy 50," etc. It was a just an intense week for sure which is why I was glad to focus on skill & technique work in relation to the Power Clean.
This is the first time I've tried anything remotely heavy that required a rack position since injuring my wrist. I'm glad to report that amidst much hesitation my wrist is about 85 to 90%. Not much pain, only a little discomfort - good news indeed. Now starts my quest to join the "200 Club."
