Geez... I'm still feeling the after effects of "Chelsea" from Wednesday which can't be a good thing. I would've preferred working my OHS but my entire body feels like a friggin' skin suit - it's just keeping the beef from spilling out. Gross, I know but that's what it feels like. Shoulders, Chest, Arms, Legs they're all fried and I could feel it in my OHS warmup reps. I figured why bother with OHS and get frustrated so I opted for Front Squats.
Well, it's safe to say that I haven't Front Squatted in a while! My quads are still super sore so I knew I had to ramp up quickly in order to avoid burning out on lighter weights and hope for a PR. But alas it was not to be, I totally collapsed on my final rep of 217-lbs. I had nothing left in the tank to continue on. Overall, it's been a tough & trying couple of weeks on the body. I'm looking forward to geeking out this weekend and resting up for sure.
Lately I've been avoiding NSAID's (i.e. Ibuprofen, Advil, etc.) for aches & pains like they're PED's, or HGH. This might be old for some of you but Kelly Starrett dropped some knowledge about the topic on CrossFit San Francisco's blog about it. Check it out here!

Takin' rest days while I'm in the box... geez...
Sounds like you might need a rest week! i feel one coming myself, though I'm not hurting nearly as bad as you!
