A much NEEDED Rest Day

Artist: MuteMath
Album: "Armistice"

"Chelsea" totally pummeled me yesterday. After the WOD I went to work in pain, came home in pain, went to sleep in pain, and awoke this morning in pain. My lats feel like somebody took a sock full of batteries and started beating me across the back with it. My legs feel like I'm wearing asphalt overalls, and my chest feels like "cesium salami!" Kudos if you recognize the reference. Considering all that muscular discomfort I think that calls for a Rest Day don't you?

For today's Rest Day I recommend MuteMath's newest album "Armistice." If you enjoy DJ Shadow-esque beats over indie/experimental music combined with pop sensibilities then I believe you'll enjoy this album. I guess I could've just wrote "if you just enjoy good music then you'll like this..." but what fun is that? In any way get ready to boogie.
