Has Anyone Seen my Lats?

WOD - "Chelsea"

For each minute on the minute for 30-mins. complete:

5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Squats

Total: 17 (+6) for 23-rds.

These WOD-types always kill me. "Cindy," "Chelsea," "Angie," "Barbara..." they all wreak havoc on my lats from the sheer amount of pullups involved. Today was no different!
