I've got a confession to make, well... it's probably less of a "confession" and more of a personal statement: I try not to know what the WOD is beforehand until I walk in the door. I feel that if I knew what the WOD was and it was something I didn't like or wasn't looking forward to that I'd be off my game mentally or be tempted to make it a rest day. Jerry's been posting the WOD bright & early (i.e. 0400!) on the CFOT Facebook page for everyone's viewing pleasure. Man, I wished I had checked it before I came in for Saturday's workout. I did the Hero workout "J.T." for CFOT's monthly First Friday workout and my shoulders & triceps were smoked! This "Painstorm" just made me hate my life even more...
