WOD - "J.T."

I didn't know this but the Hero WODs "J.T." and "Michael" were both named after Navy SEALs PO1 Jeffrey S. Taylor (http://www.navyseals.com/jeffrey-s-taylor) and LT Michael M. McGreevy, Jr. (http://www.navyseals.com/michael-m-mcgreevy-jr).

Both of them died in combat, along with 6 other SEALs & 8 Army "Nightstalkers" when their MH-47 Chinook helicopter was shot down in Afghanistan en route to reinforce & rescue an ambushed 4-man SEAL recon team. Within that recon team was Lt. Michael Murphy aka "Murph" in CrossFit circles! So PO1 Taylor and LT McGreevy were both on their way to rescue Lt. Murphy who had been ambushed until their helicopter was shot down.

That story kind of puts things into perspective for me...
