I was reluctant to come into the box this morning when I saw this WOD posted on the CFOT Facebook page. I gotta stop looking at that thing prior to coming in! I went anyways and well, as advertised, this one turned out to be a real nut blaster. But I'm glad to report that 11-hrs. later I feel pretty good! Shoulders aren't sore, abs are still functioning, and proper bowel movements are still chugging along.

I went anyways and well, as advertised, this one turned out to be a real nut blaster. But I'm glad to report that 11-hrs. later I feel pretty good! Shoulders aren't sore, abs are still functioning, and proper bowel movements are still chugging along.
Let's hope this doesn't catch up to me tomorrow morning just in time for what feels to be an upcoming strength day.
