I can't even tell you when was the last time I took it upon myself to go outside and run (aside from CrossFit). It was a nice enough day to go but man was it tough! I'm terrible at longer distances but I feel that in order to improve on a weakness you gotta choose to work it. So I did, it hurt, but I'm alive!
