WOD:
Weighted Chins 5x1
Top Load: 65-lbs.
I'm always embarassed to post my results from weighted chins. I was really hoping for another PR to continue my streak but it was not to be. My previous weighted chin PR is still with a 70-lb. KB and it will remain there until I do something about my upper body pulling strength.
In all honesty I was actually more excited about the extra work:
10-min. AMRAP
5 Hang Squat Cleans (155-lbs)
10 Pushups
Total: 7-rounds.
155-lbs. felt good this morning - was able to work the shrug, those quick elbows and speed getting under the bar. Not bad for a Monday & and a good way to kick of the week.

7 rounds at that weight is beastly.
I am still woozy after my lowly weight.
155# felt real good that day, bro. Next time I'm gonna go 185#!
