In all honesty I didn't think I was gonna make it through a bunch of heavy power cleans let alone a PR with the way my legs are feeling...
MY LEGS ARE WRECKED.
Good thing these were only hang cleans and not power or heaven forbid, squat cleans. As previously stated I am super excited about the strength gains as of late. I finally feel that my strength is catching up with my conditioning although with the extra weight I've gained has been a little disconcerning. But I'm working on that!
It's been a good week so far - I'm glad things are getting back to normal. Although I found out today that my musical choice for this morning's Pandora session was a big thumbs down - what? You don't like getting yelled at 0515 in the morning?

Sean - How did you do a hang power clean greater than even last weeks power clean PR?

@Mark: last week's PR was done under extraneous circumstances, i.e. at 1700, on an angry stomach, after 10-hrs. of work, and with someone else's shorts on.
