Let's just say that it's a huge mistake to come back to the box and attempt a Hero WOD when you're nowhere near 100%. I feel terrible right now...

Impressive time. How'd those thrusters feel? A lot of thrusters in the house today. Two Frans in under 4 minutes.

Hard choice to make...sweating it out or resting it off... but most hero wods are way beyond sweating it out. plus... the stuff going around is really hard to put your finger on... allergies/ uri's/ seasonal flu and of course the piggie bug.

Good news is the last time I checked the cures for most disease, rest, fluids and sleep also jump start the workouts.

Hope you feel better soon. It's more fun for everyone in the box when we are all feeling great.
