The goal was to test my shoulder and see if I could do this workout as prescribed. I haven't been able to do a lot of movements since I injured my shoulder so Pushups, Burpees, and Ring Dips would be a good test. Everything was really slow because I wanted to work full range of movement and ensure I didn't reinjure anything being really sloppy & careless. I just turned off the clock in my head and just tried to keep moving as best I could.
I'm happy to report that my shoulder wasn't bothered with those movements. Slowly but surely I'm coming back...
