Got some good "reppage" from the first round of Slamballs but that burned my arms & legs for the following rounds of Double Unders. Hmm, how long has it been since I've attempted a pullup...?

Time: 4:28!?!
I'm trying not to be a whiner or complain but it was really, really cold out this morning. In addition to being sick the biting, cold air did not help in the whole breathing process - I came in 4th.

*Terrible ROM on Box Jumps this morning... Jerry called me out twice and I still didn't make adjustments.
Going through the situps was just trying to survive, trying to keep moving and maintain some sort of speed throughout... that didn't really happen. Box Jumps were what I was relying on to get some good work done but I wasn't opening up my hips at the top - so a big fat asterisk goes next to that 143.
My legs are smoked from yesterday's Back Squats and it feels great!
